ETL Electrical Solutions Ltd is intent on keeping YOU – our clients and our team safe during these difficult times. Here are some of the steps we are taking to do that.
- Added training – from online courses to in-person team training, we have been ensuring that our team is fully confident with working safely and in a way that minimises the risk of infection.
- Our team have all been provided with adequate PPE and have implemented a two-level PPE plan. Full PPE includes paper overalls, gloves, and a full-face ventilated mask. Our lower level of PPE includes gloves, disposable face mask covering mouth and nose, and goggles. PPE level depends on the job and client’s requirements.
- Travel – where appropriate, our teams will travel to jobs in individual vehicles.
- Cleanliness – our team has always been great at keeping their workplace clean and tidy. However, during these times, we will ensure that all surfaces are wiped down after a job as well as dealing with the disposal of any rubbish from the job. Our team is also provided with personal hand sanitisers and will use them regularly and when necessary.
Above all else – when taking a booking, we ask our clients to disclose any information on whether they or anyone within the property have shown symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 7 days. In this case, bookings are changed for a later date. We also ask our clients if they are ‘shielding’. This will help us with knowing the level of PPE required to protect you during our visit.
